1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and betjl ("betjl," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at betjl.biz. 3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may only maintain one active account on the betjl platform at any time. Operating more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity, mobile number, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the betjl platform — including but not limited to the betjl brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betjl or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betjl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any betjl content without prior written authorisation from betjl.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betjl and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the betjl platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on betjl.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or unavailability of the platform.
• Errors in game outcomes or odds caused by technical malfunction, which betjl will endeavour to correct upon identification.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

betjl's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus-related obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful completion of any pending verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
